Apart from the ginger beer I’m now making at home, here’s what I believe to be the best store bought ginger beers.
Fever-Tree is expensive but very good. Intense ginger and not too sweet. 7/10
Also expensive, Fentimens is excellent and might be my favorite of the store boughts (that I can buy local). Perfect balance between sweetness, ginger intensity, burn and carbonation. 8/10
This is Bundaberg. Thos Aussie ginger beer saved me from many days of sea-sickness in Australia. It’s a little too sweet but the ginger intensity and burn is there. 6/10
Saving the best for last. BON Accord. THIS IS THE BEST GINGER BEER I’VE EVER HAD! I had it in Edinburgh,Scotland a few years ago and have been trying to find it ever since. This is an 11/10. Everything is perfectly balanced. I could not get enough of it.
