While posting the previous article (Dali bread chandelier), I thought about the other wonderful stops on our walking tour of deliciousness with a French pastry chef. Another of these such stops was a French cupcake shop. The smallest in Paris in fact. And of course, the smallest cupcake shop in Paris would serve the smallest of cupcakes, unlike the massive mostly tasteless American version, the Parison version was bursting with flavor and so light. We really could have eaten the whole tray but as you can see in the video, we only picked two each and they were incredible. One of many great culinary memories of that day.
Up next, videos of our stops at La Maison du Chocolat and Angelina’s. My wife still scratches her head that no matter the direction we left our left in Paris flat, the route would always pass by Angelina’s on rue de Rivoli, for a cup of rich hot chocolate. Without any GPS use I swear.
