San Francisco is one of the most distinctive cities in the United States, with its steep hills, colourful neighbourhoods, Victorian houses and spectacular setting around San Francisco Bay. Cable cars, the waterfront and the Golden Gate Bridge give the city an identity that’s instantly recognizable.
