Halifax
Halifax is a city shaped by the sea. Its huge natural harbour, historic waterfront and strong maritime character make it feel distinctly different from most other Canadian cities.
The waterfront is an easy place to spend hours wandering, with historic buildings, ships, restaurants and views across Halifax Harbour. Add the city’s pubs, seafood and East Coast atmosphere and Halifax makes a pretty damn good introduction to Nova Scotia.
