St.John’s
St. John’s is one of the most distinctive cities in Canada. Colourful houses climb the steep hills above the harbour, while the narrow streets, rugged coastline and ever-changing Atlantic weather give the city a character completely its own.
As the capital of Newfoundland and Labrador, St. John’s combines centuries of history with the unmistakable personality of Newfoundland. Between the harbour, colourful Jellybean Row houses and views across the city and ocean, there certainly isn’t a shortage of things to photograph.
These photographs are from our time exploring St. John’s and one of my favourite parts of our Newfoundland travels.
